Amidra+ subscription terms.

Amidra is free to use for its core workflow. Amidra+ is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features. These Subscription Terms supplement ourTerms of Use and Privacy Policy; where they differ on billing, these terms control.

What is free, and what Amidra+ adds

The reconstitution calculator, one active protocol, dose logging, and injection-site rotation are free, with no account required to use the calculator. Amidra+ is for people running a full stack.

• Unlimited protocols instead of a single active protocol.
• Trend charts across your logged history — weight, adherence, and site rotation.
• Data export of your records.
• Future Amidra+ features as they are released.

Subscription options and pricing

Amidra+ is offered as an auto-renewable subscription. The available plans, billing periods, any introductory offer or free trial, and the exact price in your local currency are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase. Prices may vary by region and are set on the App Store.

Billing and auto-renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscription management is handled by Apple through your Apple Account; we use RevenueCat to verify and restore your entitlement.

Free trials and introductory offers

If a free trial or introductory offer is available, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where Apple's terms require. Eligibility for offers is determined by Apple.

Managing or canceling

You can manage or cancel Amidra+ at any time in your Apple Account settings: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Amidra+ access until then. Deleting the Amidra app or your Amidra account does not by itself cancel an Apple subscription — you must cancel through Apple.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled under Apple's policies and applicable law. Requests are made to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices. Where required, Apple will notify you of a price increase and, depending on the change, ask for your consent to continue; if you do not agree, your subscription will not renew at the new price. Changes never affect a period you have already paid for.

Restoring purchases

If you reinstall Amidra or use a new device, you can restore an active subscription from within the app while signed in to the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.

Changes and contact
