Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and NaviStack LLC ("Amidra," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Amidra, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your sign-in method, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Health and safety

Amidra is a tracking and education tool. It never recommends a dose, compound, or schedule — always consult a qualified healthcare professional. Educational only, not medical advice.

Amidra is a record-keeping and calculation tool. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, select a product or dose, verify the quality or legality of any substance, or replace professional medical judgment. Confirm all inputs and outputs independently. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

Your data and acceptable use

You retain ownership of information you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display it to operate Amidra. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, reverse engineer where prohibited, upload unlawful content, or use Amidra to harm others or violate law.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features require an Amidra+ subscription. Prices, billing periods, trial terms, and included features are shown before purchase. Payment is processed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, subject to Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled under Apple's policies and applicable law. Deleting Amidra or your account does not by itself cancel an Apple subscription.

License and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Amidra for its intended purpose. Amidra, its design, software, text, and branding remain owned by us or our licensors. Apple is not responsible for maintenance or support and may enforce the license as a third-party beneficiary where Apple's standard terms apply.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent storage, or compatibility with every device. Keep your own exports of records you cannot afford to lose.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amidra is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NaviStack LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Termination

You may stop using Amidra and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful conduct, security risk, or discontinuation of the service. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to support@amidra.app.
